Characteristics:
- Synchronous servo motor controls the cutter and marking unit to achieve precise cutting, and is capable of automatic restart. The cutter can store up to 999 instructions and perform automatic or manual switching in 3 - 8 seconds without stopping the machine.
- It features the Schneider M258PLC control system and the CANopen bus system for instruction management, and is equipped with a speed synchronization signal interface with the dryer.
- The human-computer interface comes with a 10.4-inch color touch screen with 999 instructions, allowing automatic or manual switching and producing an alarm in case of failure.
- The CNC cutting marker performs three types of marking: concave-convex (three-layer), concave-convex (five-layer) and convex-flat, which can be switched by the electrical system. The marking is controlled by the computer to ensure precise marking.
- The thin tungsten steel alloy blade is sharp and durable enough to cut over eight million meters of cardboard.
- The machine carries out manual and automatic computerized grinding. Regular sharpening of the blade while cutting the cardboard increases the cutting efficiency.
- The imported synchronous belt for carton conveying features higher precision, longer service life and low noise.
